HISTORIC TOUR OF ST. MICHAEL’S
PROGRAM: Members and guests are invited to carpool to St. Michael’s, a picturesque town in nearby Maryland, renowned for its Chesapeake Bay Marime Museum, delightful restaurants, and quaint shops. Imagine taking in the beauty of the Miles River, part of the Chesapeake Bay Estuary, which is the largest in the Western Hemisphere, on a replica of a 1930’s steam ship, featuring a narrated tour that delves into the rich history of St. Michael’s, dating back to the pre-Revolutionary era. After the cruise, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the town’s colonial and Victorian-era charm with a leisurely walking tour, shopping and dining at your own pace.

OBJECTIVE: Environmental concerns, water protecon and conservaon.
