Plantation Lakes Garden Club

WHO WE ARE

Plantation Lakes Garden Club (PLGC) was established by twelve members in February 2016. We were accepted into National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC) and Delaware Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. (DFGC) in March 2016 and  joined  Central  Atlantic  Region  of  State  Garden   Clubs, Inc. (CAR-SGC) in October 2016.

OUR OBJECTIVE…

To support the interests of our members and the objectives of National Garden Clubs, Inc and Delaware Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. through activities in our club and community that promote home gardening, community beautification, floral design, horticulture and conservation.

“Growing Together” as friends, neighbors, and informed gardeners, always discovering new interests and  developing new skills.

PRESIDENTS THEME

“Celebrating a Colorful Decade” is our theme for 2025-2026. Celebrate the memories, cherish the
friendships, and plant seeds for the decades ahead.

WHEN WE MEET

We gather monthly at 11:00 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month, September to June, for hands-on activities, educational programs, field trips and other activities. 

Board Meeting are held at 11:30a.m. on the Friday prior to the General meeting.
